Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a fresher, you will be responsible for designing and improving the user experience and interface of our digital products. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills while working with a dynamic team of designers and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other team members to create engaging and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for digital products.

Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points.

Design responsive layouts and ensure the user experience is optimized across various devices and screen sizes.

Create and maintain design systems and UI components.

Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs to meet project goals and user expectations.

Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

A degree or certification in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Basic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.

Understanding of UI design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Familiarity with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.

Strong attention to detail and ability to create pixel-perfect designs.

Good communication and collaboration skills to work within a team.

A portfolio showcasing design projects (academic or personal projects) will be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?13,000.00 per month
