About the Role:

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team on a 6-month contract-to-hire basis . The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of design principles and be skilled in Figma and Miro . Attention to detail and a proven track record of delivering high-quality, user-centric designs are must-have skills. We would love to hear from you if you are passionate about creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to create seamless user experiences.
• Design user interfaces and user flows for web and mobile applications using Figma .
• Use Miro to facilitate collaborative brainstorming, wireframing, and design workshops.
• Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs, ensuring consistency with branding and design guidelines.
• Pay close attention to design details, usability issues, and interactions to deliver an optimal user experience.
• Work with development teams to ensure smooth handoff and implementation of designs.
• Adapt and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics data.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping.
• Experience using Miro for collaborative design and brainstorming.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design.
• Attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality designs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting and communicate design decisions.
• Good understanding of responsive design principles.

Nice to Have:

• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, etc.).
• Experience in conducting user research and applying findings to designs.
• Familiarity with tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design software.

Contract Details:

• This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position.
• Based on performance during the contract period, there is an opportunity for a full-time role.

Requirements:

• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
• Availability for an interview process and readiness to join by November.
