Role: UX/UI Designer

Location: Bangalore(MG Road)

: We are looking for a creative and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our development team. In this role, you will work closely with our front-end developers, back-end developers, and product managers to design a seamless and intuitive user interface for our Enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX/UI design, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating user-friendly applications.

Responsibilities: Conduct user research and gather requirements to understand user needs and behaviors. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for the system. Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, consistent, and easy to use. Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve the user experience. Ensure design consistency across different parts of the application. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies. Create and maintain design documentation and guidelines.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar. Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience designing enterprise applications or ERP systems. Knowledge of front-end development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better collaborate with developers. Understanding of Agile development methodologies. Experience with conducting user research and usability testing.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
