Job Title: UX/UX Designer (6 months - 1 year experience)

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Designer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 6 months to 1 year of experience in design who is eager to work in a dynamic IT environment. As a Designer, you will be involved in creating digital content, web designs, and supporting the design team in developing engaging and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for websites, mobile apps, and internal software tools.
• Work closely with senior designers to create design assets like banners, social media graphics, and email templates.
• Support the creation of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for various projects.
• Help implement design revisions and improvements based on feedback from senior team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, software, and technologies to apply best practices.
• Help maintain consistency in branding, design, and visual elements across projects.
• Assist in managing design files and assets using design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a design role (preferably in an IT or tech-related field).
• Basic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or similar.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and an understanding of responsive design.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio of design work (personal or professional) is required.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of web design best practices and basic HTML/CSS.
• Experience with animation tools or motion graphics is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile workflows or design collaboration tools like Jira or Trello.

Education:

• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Communication, or related field is preferred, but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?120,000.00 - ?200,000.00 per year
