Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that deliver an exceptional digital experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive interfaces and ensure a seamless interaction between users and our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications that align with business goals and user needs.
• Conduct user research, gather insights, and analyze feedback to create user personas and journey maps.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
• Create design systems, style guides, and reusable components to ensure consistency across products.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate into your work.
• Maintain a user-first mindset, advocating for usability and accessibility in all designs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing techniques.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ?2,000.00 - ?5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 28 per week
