As a UI/UX Designer, you will

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and create engaging, user-friendly designs. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, MarvelApp, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new features and enhancements to existing products. Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points. Create intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces that align with the brand and enhance the user experience. Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies to ensure the best possible experience for users. Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products and platforms. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, performance data, and collaboration with stakeholders. Advocate for user-centric design principles throughout the development lifecycle.

As a UI/UX Designer, you must have

2+ years of relevant experience in UX writing and research. An understanding of product specifications and user psychology. The ability to conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback. Experience in creating personas based on user research and data analysis. The ability to define the right interaction model and evaluate its effectiveness. Skills in developing wireframes and prototypes centered around customer needs. Creativity to find solutions to UX challenges (e.g., usability, findability). Strong communication skills to present design ideas and prototypes to developers. Awareness of competitor products and industry trends. Experience in illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps. Proficiency in developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs. The ability to create mock-ups and prototypes that clearly demonstrate site functionality and appearance.
