You will be responsible for crafting intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our B2B SaaS products in both mobile & web platforms. From understanding user needs to designing usable solutions, you love owning the products experience. If you advocate a user-first approach to achieve the north star and love working closely with cross-functional teams, then this is for you!How You Will Make an Impact:

• User-Centric Design: Understand user needs, conduct research, and create prototypes to enhance the learning experience.
• Design: Lead end-to-end design, from concepts to delivery, ensuring intuitive and appealing interfaces.
• Iterative Design: Gather feedback, conduct testing, and collaborate with teams to refine and optimize designs.
• Design System: Contribute to a consistent visual identity and user experience across all products.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals.
• Stay Updated: Stay informed about design trends and industry best practices for innovation.

What will be preferred by us?

• Having a strong portfolio of UX design work which demonstrates design-thinking, creative problem solving and a user centered design process.
• Good to have knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, Mat Angular Design Components, iOS & Android Components) to facilitate collaboration with developers.
• Experience working in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry.

• 2-4 yrs of experience designing for cross platform devices (Android, iOS, windows, mobile, desktop) to deliver consistent experiences.
• Experience with concepts of design tools like Components in Figma, Figjam, Miro, Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of grid systems, typography, web and mobile interface trends
• Bachelors or Masters degree in design or a related field will be a plus but not mandatory.
