We are looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and icons.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and changing requirements.
- Ensure consistency in designs and maintain the integrity of the brand.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, InVision, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with designing for accessibility and understanding WCAG guidelines.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
- Understanding of front-end development frameworks and their impact on design (e.g., React, Angular).
