Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams--product managers, engineers, data scientists, and fellow designers--to craft intuitive, user-centric interfaces for AI-powered applications. You'll help simplify complex data and machine learning models into seamless, delightful experiences that users love.

Key Responsibilities

Translate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final visual designs. Collaborate closely with engineers and AI researchers to understand system capabilities and design interactions that are both powerful and easy to use. Conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and A/B tests to iterate and refine experiences. Design interfaces that make abstract AI outputs (e.g., recommendations, predictions, generated content) accessible and understandable. Build and maintain design systems that scale across AI products and features. Stay on top of trends in AI UX, interaction design, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

3-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a product or SaaS environment. Strong portfolio showcasing UI design, UX strategy, and end-to-end product design process. Experience designing for complex applications or data-heavy platforms. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. Comfortable working with low-to-high fidelity prototypes and user flows. Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points For

Experience working on AI, machine learning, or data visualization products. Familiarity with prompt design or human-AI interaction principles. Ability to code your own prototypes. Passion for ethical AI and inclusive design.
