We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while also prioritizing user experience and functionality. As a UI/UX Designer at Dhwani RIS, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions, providing support and guidance throughout the development process.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
• Develop user interface designs that are visually appealing, intuitive, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design

Required Tech skills: • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar with knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop considered a plus.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions to cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus

Educational Qualification:
B.Tech/BE/BSc Computer Science or relevant field
