Over the next few weeks/months, we have a number of critical milestones to achieve as we set out to augment our vision for the modern product we are building for the RE industry.We are seeking a Lead Ul/UX designer to join our dynamic& growing team.Roles & Responsibilities-Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.-Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps-Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets-Build page navigation buttons and search fields-Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.-Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)-Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders-Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)-Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback-Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and imagesPreferred Skills-Proven work experience as a Ul/UX Designer or similar role-Should have worked with Figma / Sketch / Adobe xd- Portfolio of design projects + Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholdersQualificationEducation : Any graduateExperience : 4- 6 yearsWe offer a competitive salary and benefits, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.If you are a driven, results-oriented individual with a passion for real estate industry technology and a desire to drive growth and success, we are happy to hear from you!Job Type: Full-timeSalary: 9453,711.63 - 91,484,320.43 per yearBenefits:
