Job description UI/UX Designer
Job Brief: We are looking for a creative and skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team at Aviansoft. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating wireframes, user flows, process flows, site maps, and effectively communicating interaction ideas using both process and design tools. As our UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for the complete end-to-end design of our digital platform, maintaining the design system, and conducting regular UX research.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conceptualize, design, and deliver intuitive and compelling designs that meet business objectives and delight users.
2. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
3. Develop and maintain a design system that is coherent across different products and platforms.
4. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance and polish the user experience.
5. Partner with product management and engineering teams to innovate and develop new design concepts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. 3-5 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in a startup environment
2. Proven UI experience with a strong design portfolio.
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
4. Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of user-system interaction.
5. Experience in conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions.
6. Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions.
7. Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.

Education

Bachelor degree in design, Computer Science, or relevant field. Else, specific courses in design thinking, UI / UX design ? online or otherwise also acceptable.

Pay: ?10,867.25 - ?42,684.28 per month
