Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Location: Surat Gujarat (Onsite)
Duration : Fulltime

Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to transform our software into user-friendly products that enhance the overall user experience. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to gather user requirements and create intuitive, impactful designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with user and business needs.
• Design graphic user interface elements, including menus, tabs, and widgets.
• Develop UI mockups that clearly illustrate the functionality and appearance of applications.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with product goals and timelines.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and creative problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
