Position Overview:

As a UI/UX Designer at Sanctumcloud System Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Working closely with our development and product teams, you will translate user needs and business requirements into engaging design solutions that enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
• Implement user interface designs using industry-standard tools and technologies, adhering to design guidelines and best practices.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve and refine design solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in UI/UX design and incorporate them into project workflows.
• Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge sharing activities within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe illustrator, or Figma.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with responsive design and mobile app design principles.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?50,000.00 per month
