Job Description

: We are seeking a talented and motivated UI/UX Designer with at least 1 year of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for crafting intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences. As part of our design team, you'll work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create designs that meet user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements, user flows, and wireframes for new and existing features.
• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with our brand identity and improve the overall user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive designs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Maintain consistency across digital platforms by ensuring adherence to design systems and guidelines.
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design patterns, and emerging technologies to continuously improve your craft.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills and process.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present and explain design decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing for web and mobile platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes.
• Basic understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
