Experience - 1 to 3 Years

Job Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with senior designers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
2. Assist in the creation of user interface designs, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
3. Conduct user research, and usability testing, and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs.
4. Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and according to specifications.
5. Maintain and update design libraries, style guides, and documentation to ensure consistency across projects.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
7. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to present design concepts and rationale.
8. Collaborate with other designers to brainstorm ideas and solve design challenges.
9. Assist in the creation of visual assets, icons, and graphics for digital products.
10. Adhere to project timelines and deadlines, managing multiple tasks concurrently.

Skills Required:
1. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
2. Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
3. Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.
4. Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas.
5. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, but not required.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. Familiarity with usability testing and user research techniques.
8. Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
9. Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects.10. Creativity and problem-solving abilities to address design challenges effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per year
