Job Description

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting user-centric designs, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers and stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure provided in the interaction between users and our products.


#### Key Responsibilities:


• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups that effectively communicate design ideas.
• Develop and maintain design specifications and style guides.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure a seamless implementation of designs.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
• Advocate for user-centric design principles throughout the product development process.

#### Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Design, or in a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe XD or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centric design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.
