• Role : UI/UX Designer
• Experience : 3.5 year+
• Skills : Adobe XD, Illustrator , Graphic, wireframe, work from scratch product designing.

•Desired Candidate Profile: •

• User Interface (UI) Design: Proficiency in designing visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that enhance the user experience. This includes knowledge of layout, color theory, typography, and iconography.
• User Experience (UX) Design: Understanding user needs, conducting user research, and creating wireframes and prototypes to develop effective and user-centric designs. Knowledge of UX principles,information architecture, and usability testing is crucial.
• Interaction Design: Ability to design interactive elements and micro interactions that provide meaningful feedback and enhance user engagement. Familiarity with interaction design patterns and animation principles is beneficial.
• Web Technologies: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement UI/UX designs effectively. Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React or Angular is an advantage.
• Graphic Design: Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch to create visually appealing graphics and assets for UI design. Ability to create icons, logos, and other graphical elements is important.
• Prototyping Tools: Experience with prototyping tools such as In Vision, Figma, or Adobe XD to create interactive and clickable prototypes for user testing and stakeholder feedback.
• Responsive Design: Knowledge of designing responsive and mobile-friendly interfaces that adapt to different screen sizes and devices. Understanding of media queries and mobile UI patterns is essential.
• Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders. Good communication skills are necessary to present and justify design decisions.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyses user behaviour, interpret data from user testing and analytics tools, and make informed design decisions based on insights gathered.
• Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying and solving user experience challenges, considering technical constraints and business requirements. Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
• UI/UX Trends and Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Continuously learn and adapt to industry standards and user expectations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 3 years (Preferred)
• UI/UX Designer: 3 years (Preferred)
