UI/UX Designer : Goa Institute of Management (GIM) is seeking a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our Admissions & Marketing department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their skills in designing intuitive and aesthetically pleasing creatives majorly used for social media and website. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for improving the user experience of the website, ensuring they align with the brand identity of the Institute.

Key Responsibilities:

• UI / UX Design: Develop aesthetically pleasing creatives majorly used on GIM's website and social media ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with multiple stakeholders and departments withing GIM to implement innovative visual designs and experience.
• Feedback & Iteration: Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and team members to improve usability and user satisfaction.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with the school's brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Accessibility: Design interfaces that are accessible to users with disabilities, adhering to standards.
• Documentation: Prepare and present design documentation, such as design specifications and style guides.

Qualification & Skillset:

• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Sketch, Adobe XD, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience:2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, including UI designs and UX case studies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
