Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer Intern to join our team and contribute to our design projects. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in designing user-centered interfaces while working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in User Research:

Help conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

Support the creation of user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions.

UI/UX Design Support:

Assist in designing wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Collaborate with the design team to ensure designs align with user needs and business goals.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.

Testing & Iteration:

Participate in usability testing sessions and gather feedback to improve designs.

Iterate on designs based on team discussions and user insights.

Collaboration:

Work closely with developers and product teams to understand project requirements and design constraints.

Attend team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and solutions.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

A portfolio showcasing design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, or mockups (can include academic or personal projects).

Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for design and user experience.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or front-end development.

Familiarity with tools like InVision, Zeplin, or similar.

Awareness of accessibility guidelines and responsive design practices.
