Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Figma)

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with extensive experience in Figma to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting exceptional user experiences and visually stunning interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring innovative designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.

Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all products.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Present and articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design implementation aligns with the vision.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail.

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles is a plus.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Ability to create animations and interactive prototypes.
• Experience with user journey mapping and information architecture.
• Knowledge of branding and graphic design principles.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
