Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to design aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly interfaces, along with a solid understanding of user experience principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio of design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
