Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Location: Central Delhi

Introduction: We are seeking a talented and innovative UI/UX Designer with AI Skills to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces and crafting exceptional user experiences for our products while integrating artificial intelligence to enhance usability and functionality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and data scientists, to create user-centered designs that are intuitive, engaging, and cutting-edge.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms. AI Integration: Utilize AI tools and machine learning technologies to design intelligent interfaces that adapt to user behavior and enhance user interaction. User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on user feedback. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to integrate AI-driven features into the user interface. Prototyping and Testing: Develop interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts, ensuring they meet the desired user experience goals. Design Systems: Develop and maintain consistent design systems, patterns, and UI components to ensure consistency across products and platforms. Data-Driven Design: Use data analytics and AI-driven insights to inform design decisions and optimize user flows. AI Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in UI/UX design, AI, and machine learning, and proactively suggest innovative ways to leverage AI in design.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and UI/UX tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).

Qualifications:

Experience: 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and AI-related projects. Design Skills: Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. AI Knowledge: Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning, natural language processing, and their integration into UI/UX design. Experience using AI tools like chatbots, recommendation engines, or personalization algorithms is a plus. Prototyping and Testing: Experience in building prototypes and conducting usability testing with users to iterate on designs. Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems with a user-first mindset. Collaboration: Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Familiarity with AI platforms and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
