Job Title: UI/UX Designer

: We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our design team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual and interactive experiences of our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, create intuitive designs, and ensure a seamless and visually appealing user journey.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and understand user requirements and project goals.

Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that illustrate design concepts and user flows.

Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across products.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights for design improvements.

Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and changing project requirements.

Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of design elements.

Stay updated with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies.

Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and stakeholders.

Work collaboratively in an Agile environment and contribute to sprint planning and design-related discussions.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work for web and mobile applications.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability.

Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and interactive design.

Knowledge of design systems and the ability to create consistent and scalable designs.

Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile design best practices.

Ability to incorporate user feedback and data into design decisions.

Excellent visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout composition.

Strong communication and presentation skills to convey design concepts and ideas.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion design and animation principles.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and frontend development concepts.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Understanding of accessibility principles and designing for diverse user needs.
• Experience with designing for SaaS platforms or complex web applications.

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
