Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user-friendly designs that enhance the digital experience for our users. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities: Design and Prototyping:

Create user-centric designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.

User Research:

Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

Translate research findings into actionable design recommendations.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and marketing teams, to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Communicate design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders.

Design Systems and Standards:

Maintain and improve the design system, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.

Adhere to brand guidelines while exploring creative design solutions.

Iteration and Testing:

Use analytics, user feedback, and usability testing to iterate and improve designs.

Test and refine the design until it aligns with user needs and business objectives.

Key Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.

Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
