We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer at StarClinch, you will play a key role in crafting visually stunning and highly functional designs that enhance the overall user experience of our platform. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to bring ideas to life and ensure the delivery of user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging and user-friendly designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that communicate design ideas effectively.
• Work collaboratively with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
• Refine designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
• Maintain consistency in design elements and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: Freshers and candidates with 1+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design are encouraged to apply.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methodologies.
• A creative mindset with excellent visual design and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of web design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
