Computers, M.Tech - Any Specialization, MCA - Computers Role: UI / UX Designers & Developers We are looking for talented UI / UX Designers & Developers to join our team. You should enjoy working in a challenging environment; have the enthusiasm and ambition to develop & complete projects to the highest standard. You will be responsible for applying interactive and visual design principles on websites and web applications for a positive and cohesive user experience using HTML5, CSS, and other design tools to achieve responsive designs. Roles and Responsibilities: Investigating user experience design requirements for suite of digital assets (web portals & mobile applications). Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for websites & internal portals. Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes. Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs etc. Testing UI elements such as page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages. Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the users. Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior. Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design. Skill Set: Excellent knowledge of UI/UX Methodologies, HTML5, CSS, and illustration with Adobe Photoshop or Creative Suite or other wireframing/prototyping tools. Hands on experience with web and mobile App layout designs. Experience converting design mockups/wireframes into HTML/CSS layouts. Experience in building responsive layouts using bootstrap. Cross-Browser capabilities. Understands how to optimize visual user experiences. Can execute strong designs in a variety of visual styles. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong attention to details and problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
