• Design and create user interfaces for web and mobile applications that meet both user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with the overall vision.
• Utilize design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to bring concepts to life and create interactive prototypes for user testing.

• Maintain and update design assets, style guides, and documentation for effective communication with development teams.

• Proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Proven experience with Responsive Web Designs
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Experience with Tool-Sketch or Axure (Additional)
• Strong understanding of Interface design patterns, UCD Methodologies/Design Principles, Persona Creation, and Design System
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design projects and a user-centered design approach. eg. Behance or Dribble

• Experience with motion design and interactive prototyping.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Wordpress Site Building ++
• Good to have experience with Social media posting, Branding design etc.

• 2+ yrs of relevant experience with UI/UX designing
• Bachelor\'s / Master\'s Degree or equivalent, in any discipline
