Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Mobile App)
Location: Raipur

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team to design and enhance our mobile application. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating user-centric designs, have an eye for detail, and possess a deep understanding of mobile app design principles. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring intuitive, user-friendly interfaces to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Prototyping:
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Develop user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability findings.
• User Research:
• Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to ensure the app meets users' needs.
• Gather feedback through user testing, interviews, and surveys to refine designs.
• UI Design:
• Design visually appealing and functional user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
• Ensure designs are optimized for various screen sizes and resolutions.
• UX Design:
• Design intuitive user flows, navigation systems, and information architectures.
• Simplify complex workflows and improve usability for enhanced user satisfaction.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Provide design assets, specifications, and documentation to the development team.
• Trend Awareness:
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
• Propose innovative design solutions to enhance user engagement and retention.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile applications.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design projects, especially mobile app designs.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and mobile design guidelines (Material Design, iOS Human Interface Guidelines).
• Ability to create high-quality visual designs from concept to execution.
• Experience with usability testing and A/B testing.
• Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for better collaboration with developers.
• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions using tools like After Effects.
• Basic knowledge of accessibility standards.
