Job Title: Onsite UI/UX Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team onsite. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in designing user-centric digital experiences that align with business goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• User Research: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze user needs to inform design decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs meet project requirements and user expectations.
• Testing and Iteration: Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and insights.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent design language and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve UX challenges to deliver seamless user experiences.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user-centric design processes.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts is a plus.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and final deliverables.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
