Requirements
- UX Design having hands-on experience conducting Discovery, Research, UX Design, Design Systems, Usability Testing, and building high-quality design research
- 4+ years related UX Designer work experience or equivalent
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong portfolio of design projects showcasing the problem-solving skills
- Experience working with or on an innovative, creative, team/organization
- Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions
- Possess a solid grasp of human-centered design
- Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently
- Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively, and solutions to customers, teams, and stakeholders
- Help teammates, share knowledge, and experience with them, and learn from them
- Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
- Be passionate about UX/UI
- Research and showcase knowledge of the industry\'s latest trends and technologies
- Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, Figma, AdobeXd, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must
- Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
- Wordpress Page Builder
