About The Role -

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive user interfaces and experiences for our web and mobile applications. This individual will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the design is user-centered, functional, and aligned with the company's branding and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research & Testing :
• Conduct user research, surveys, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
• Analyze research data and translate findings into actionable design decisions.
• Regularly gather user feedback to improve designs.
• Wireframing & Prototyping :
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visually represent application design concepts.
• Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes for both desktop and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• UI Design :
• Design user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly, and consistent with the company's branding guidelines.
• Ensure visual elements align with the company's overall design standards and are responsive across devices and platforms.
• Create pixel-perfect design assets for development.
• UX Design :
• Design seamless, intuitive user experiences by understanding the user journey and business requirements.
• Focus on usability and accessibility, making designs functional for a diverse user base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user personas and use cases.
• Collaboration & Communication :
• Work closely with developers to ensure smooth handoff of design files and assets.
• Communicate design ideas, concepts, and prototypes to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Present design concepts and decisions to senior management and product teams.
• Quality Assurance :
• Perform design audits and ensure high-quality delivery of designs.
• Ensure final designs are aligned with both user needs and business goals.

Shift Timing - 10 am to 7 pm

Qualifications:

• BCS/BCA or Bachelor's degree in Designing, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

Pay: ?8,966.19 - ?15,000.00 per month
