The UX designer utilizes user research and workflow analysis to generate use cases that define user experience solutions.The UX Designer works in partnership with a UX Tech Lead, who is generally a Software Developer who helps define the UX for product features and who helps translate the UX process into front-end code.UX designers need to possess strong creative, and technical problem-solving skills.
