Ghosting Web Tech Pvt Ltd is a leading digital marketing and IT company specializing in innovative solutions for web and app development. We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Prototype: Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• User Research: Conduct user research and analyze feedback to enhance user experience.
• Wireframing & Storyboarding: Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to implement cohesive design solutions.
• Usability Testing: Conduct A/B testing and usability testing to refine design and optimize functionality.
• Design Standards: Maintain consistency in design elements across all platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design (or related field).
• Education: Degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Portfolio: A solid portfolio showcasing design projects for both web and mobile applications.
• Understanding of Web & Mobile Development: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills with a focus on user-centric design.

Additional Preferences:

• Experience with animation and prototyping tools.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
• Experience in an Agile development environment.
