: / Expectations:As a UI/UX Designer with expertise in Figma or related tools, you will play a pivotal role in designing user-centric interfaces and experiences across various platforms. Your focus will be on translating user needs into beautiful, functional, and scalable designs using Figmaxe2x80x99s advanced features. Youxe2x80x99ll develop comprehensive design systems, reusable components, and responsive layouts, ensuring that all products are consistent, efficient, and easy to use. By working closely with product managers, developers, and other designers, you will ensure that both the UI and UX aspects of our digital products align with the needs of the users and business goals. You must have a passion for design, an eye for detail, and the ability to blend aesthetics with functionality.Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile apps using Figma, leveraging advanced features like Auto Layout, Design Systems, and reusable components.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather requirements, create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.

• Build and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency in UI elements, typography, color palettes, and layout structures across multiple projects.

• Use Figma's Auto Layout to create adaptive and responsive designs, ensuring seamless experiences across a wide range of devices and screen sizes.

• Develop and manage reusable UI components that can be shared across different projects, improving design efficiency and consistency.

• Create interactive prototypes using Figma to demonstrate design concepts, workflows, and user interactions.

• Ensure that all designs meet accessibility standards and align with best practices for inclusivity and usability.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, product managers) throughout the design process to ensure feasibility and alignment with business goals.

• Maintain organized design files and assets for easy collaboration and future updates.

• Proficiently define and create design systems for screens from legacy products, transforming outdated UI screens into modern, advanced designs using Figma or XD.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience.

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in Figma, including UI and UX design.

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, with extensive experience in Auto Layout, Design Systems, and reusable components.

• Solid understanding of UX design principles, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design practices.

• Strong ability to create responsive designs that work seamlessly across multiple devices and screen sizes.

• Familiarity with user research methods and the ability to translate user insights into actionable design improvements.

• Experience in designing and maintaining design systems for consistency across digital products.

• Knowledge of accessibility best practices and experience designing inclusive user experiences.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

• Experience working in DevOps, Agile, or iterative design processes is a plus.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with additional design tools such as Adobe XD, Axure RP, or similar.

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to understand the technical aspects of implementation and collaborate effectively with developers.

• Basic knowledge of motion design principles to enhance user interactions and create engaging user experiences.

• Healthcare knowledge: A foundational understanding of healthcare processes, terminology, and industry-specific challenges to inform and improve design decisions.

Education:Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
