Location: Pune (Baner) Work from Office. Job Overview: We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while ensuring an exceptional user experience. As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to design and deliver innovative solutions that meet user needs and business goals. Responsibilities: This position reports to the Associate VP of Application Development and is based in Pune, India.

• User Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Information Architecture:
  • Develop information architecture and user flows to create seamless and intuitive user experiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize features and functionalities.

• Wireframing and Prototyping:
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing results.

• Visual Design:
  • Design visually stunning and consistent user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure the implementation of designs.

• Usability Testing:
  • Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and gather valuable insights.
  • Use test results to refine and improve the user experience.

• Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively.

• Education:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

• Experience:
  • 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.

• Skills:
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail.

• Communication:
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to present and explain design decisions to cross-functional teams.

• Problem-Solving:
  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to balance user needs and business goals.
