• Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced UI/UX Designer with at least 6 years of full-time professional experience. This is a full-time, on-site position , with no option for remote work. Applicants must provide verifiable project links from the last 5 years, demonstrating a portfolio of user-centric and visually engaging designs. The candidate must also have a solid understanding of front-end technologies to effectively collaborate with developers.

This role is best suited for someone who is detail-oriented, innovative, and passionate about creating seamless user experiences. Candidates with freelance client work will not be considered.

• Key Responsibilities:

Lead design efforts for web and mobile applications, creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces that align with business goals.

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure designs are executed flawlessly and deliver an exceptional user experience.

Translate user needs and business goals into high-quality wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final designs using tools like Figma , Sketch , and Adobe XD .

Conduct user research , A/B testing , and usability testing to gather feedback and iteratively improve designs based on real user data.

Stay updated on UI/UX best practices and emerging trends, bringing new ideas to the table to improve product quality and user engagement.

Understand and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to ensure that designs meet both user and business requirements.

Work with development teams to ensure design feasibility, with a working knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5 , CSS3 , and JavaScript .

Ensure consistency across products by adhering to design systems and guidelines.

• Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 6 years of full-time professional experience in UI/UX design , with a strong portfolio of work.

Expertise in industry-standard design tools such as Figma , Sketch , Adobe XD , InVision , and Photoshop .

Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) to effectively communicate with developers and understand technical limitations.

Experience in prototyping , wireframing , and conducting user testing to validate design decisions.

Solid understanding of responsive design, user-centered design principles, and accessibility standards.

Proven track record of delivering designs with verifiable project links from the last 5 years included in the resume.

No freelancing client work ; applicants must have a stable, full-time employment history.

Must be willing to work on-site --remote work or freelancing arrangements will not be considered.

• Preferred Skills:

Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms , with a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.

Familiarity with design systems and creating cohesive interfaces across multiple products.

Strong understanding of interaction design , motion design , and the use of micro-interactions to enhance user experience.

Knowledge of user research methodologies and tools for gathering and analyzing user feedback.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design , Interaction Design , Human-Computer Interaction , or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Salary is negotiable based on the candidate's experience, expertise, and value they bring to the role.
