Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and improving user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to translate user needs and business objectives into innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Research: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs and pain points.

2. Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively and ensure seamless user experiences.

3. UI Design: Develop and refine high-fidelity UI designs, visual elements, and design systems that align with the brand identity and business objectives.

4. Collaboration: Work closely with developers and product teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation that aligns with the vision.

5. Usability Testing: Facilitate and evaluate usability testing sessions, iterating on designs based on user feedback.

6. Responsive Design: Design for various devices, ensuring optimal user experiences across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.

7. Design Systems: Maintain and evolve the company's design system, ensuring consistency across all products.

8. User-Centered Design: Apply a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs.

9. Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a tech or product-driven company.

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, with examples of wireframes, prototypes, and final product designs.

• Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.

• Understanding of Design Principles: Deep understanding of design principles, user-centered design, typography, color theory, and layout.

• Front-end Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to solve complex design problems creatively and effectively.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.

• Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect designs that are aligned with business and user needs.

• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and iterative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?39,959.97 per month
