UI/UX DESIGN TRAINER- FEMALE CANDIDATES MORE PREFERRED!!

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Design Trainer to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for aspiring designers. The ideal candidate will combine strong design expertise with excellent teaching abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and conduct training programs covering UI/UX design principles, methodologies, and tools
• Create practical, industry-relevant curriculum and training materials
• Teach both theoretical concepts and hands-on practical sessions
• Guide students through real-world projects and portfolio development
• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to students
• Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and best practices
• Evaluate student progress and maintain training records
• Collaborate with the academic team to improve course content and delivery methods

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of practical experience in UI/UX design
• Proven expertise in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Balsamiq)
• Strong knowledge of design principles, user research, and usability testing
• Experience with design systems and responsive design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Previous teaching or mentoring experience is a plus

Salary Range: 8K+ Performance based incentives.
