About Ciferon

We are a team of 20+ people spread across India. Our team consists of people with strong entrepreneurial backgrounds and F&B experience. The team spent their time understanding the restaurant business, their problems, and how we can provide them with a way out of it. In 2017, the team came out with many features that are a must to run a successful restaurant but was missing in all of the solutions in the industry. The team decided to build an end-to-end management software for restaurants, any business is all about digits & numbers, thus, we named it\'s as Ciferon. In Esperanto, Ciferon means digits. So, we, at Ciferon, decided to help restaurants, by building products that would help restaurants with their operation, management, finance, and customer engagement and boost their sales & presence. In the past two years, we have built successful relationships with some of the top brands in India which include 1000+ outlets.

About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand product specifications and user psychology
2. Conduct testing of sample applications, websites, and software to assess user experience and ease of design
3. Use recent studies and findings to establish the best overall design elements to include in UX/UI design experiences
4. Build storyboards to conceptualize designs to accurately convey project plans to clients and senior management
5. Create surveys for research through various media platforms to gather feedback on user\'s ease of use and satisfaction interfacing on company websites and products
6. Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts allowing for interface edits as needed
7. Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
8. Analyze customer responses and website data to examine high-traffic web pages and determine why certain web pages perform better
9. Enhance the user experience by creating seamless navigation through various digital programs and interfaces within the company
10. Find creative ways to solve UX/UI problems (e.g. usability, findability)
11. Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
12. Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
13. Combine interface design concepts with digital design and establish milestones to encourage cooperation and teamwork
