Exp:5-7 years Location: Chennai(Hybrid) Job Responsibilities: Knowledge in Stakeholder interviews, Value proposition mapping, and Competitive research Creating user personas, scenarios, sketches, wire frames, and prototypes Creating detailed design specification/design system Optimizing interactions & conduct remote usability tests Validate the emotional impact of designs Ensure design standards, guidelines, and best practices are adhered to Requirements: Passionate about resolving user pain points through effective & efficient design Proven experience of 5+ years in designing user experiences for enterprise applications with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes. Advocates for design solutions with rationale including business and user goals Experience in designing responsive apps with mobile first approach Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture Strong knowledge on accessibility & usability principles Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills Experience with a variety of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Illustrator. Basics of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript CUA/CXA Certification from Human Factors International, is a plus
