UI/UX and Graphic Designer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX and Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive user interfaces, create visually engaging graphics, and ensure a seamless and enjoyable user experience across our digital platforms. You should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, graphic design, and how to balance aesthetic appeal with functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design:

Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability, functionality, and visual appeal. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new features and product updates. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions. Create user personas, journey maps, and user flows to enhance the product's usability. Collaborate with developers to ensure design consistency and assist in the implementation of design components.

Graphic Design:

Create high-quality, visually appealing graphics for marketing materials, including social media posts, website banners, email templates, and presentations. Design logos, icons, infographics, and other visual assets for branding and advertising. Ensure the consistency of brand identity across all digital and print media.

Collaboration:

Work closely with product teams, developers, and other designers to ensure that design meets both business objectives and user needs. Take feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs, keeping in mind project deadlines and constraints.

Design Systems & Best Practices:

Maintain and update design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across different platforms. Follow best practices in UI/UX design, focusing on accessibility, responsiveness, and user-centered design principles.

Stay Updated:

Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the UI/UX and graphic design fields.

Qualifications:

Experience:

2+ years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design. Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and graphic design work, including web and mobile apps. Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user flow design.

Skills:

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, etc.), Figma, Sketch, or similar. Understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to ensure feasibility of designs. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability testing. Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical team members.
