FCM provides specialist services via FCM Consulting and FCM Meetings & Events.Day in the life:UiPath Support Engineer is responsible to provide technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance for our UiPath-based automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UiPath RPA, issue resolution and performance optimization while collaborating with business users, developers and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless bot operations.You'll be perfect for the role if you have:Key Responsibilities:

  • UiPath Bot Support and Maintenance
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UiPath robots, orchestrator and workflows.
  • Investigate automation failures, logs and exceptions, ensuring minimal business disruption.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term solutions for recurring issues.
  • Restart and reconfigure failed bots and environments as required.
  • Incident and Problem Management
  • Respond to and resolve tickets within defined SLAs.
  • Escalate complex issues to the development team while ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with IT, security and infrastructure teams to resolve system dependencies.
  • Automation Enhancements and Optimization
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and suggest script or workflow optimizations.
  • Work closely with RPA developers to implement fixes and enhancements.
  • Recommend best practices for exception handling, logging and monitoring.
  • Documentation and Reporting
  • Maintain documentation for incidents, fixes and troubleshooting guides.
  • Generate reports on bot performance, failure trends and automation uptime.
  • Provide regular updates on automation health and incident resolutions.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in UiPath support, maintenance, or development.
  • Strong knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator, Robots and Queues.
  • Experience with debugging UiPath workflows, analyzing logs and handling exceptions.
  • Familiarity with SQL, PowerShell, or Python for log analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, Virtual Machines and Cloud environments is a plus.
  • Experience with ticketing tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.) for issue tracking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 support environment (if required).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) or UiPath Associate Certification.
  • Experience with API integrations, web scraping and workflow performance tuning.
