ABOUT UNIOPS: Unilever Operations (UniOps) is the global technology and operations engine of Unilever offering business services, technology, and enterprise solutions. UniOps serves over 190 locations and through a network of specialized service lines and partners delivers insights and innovations, user experiences and end-to-end seamless delivery making Unilever Purpose Led and Future Fit. MAIN JOB PURPOSE: This is an exciting opportunity to guide the UniOps in-market Teams as part of Data & Analytics, Data Centre of Excellence. This role is tasked to enable accelerated delivery through the factory and coinnovation on DaaP capabilities, UniOps in-market teams will be empowered through curated training and upskilling and provided with access to all DaaP tools (e.g., Jira, design app etc). We will have monthly governance enabled market by market and an overall QBR, with a focus on value realisation through data strategy, holistic data requirements across DaaP - D&A and UiM Shared Ownership UDL, BDL & MDL Policy products, clear delivery roadmap for all datasets, product deployment plans, and decommissioning plans. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: . Engage with the UiM Teams across markets and understand their current footprint of data landscape. . Understand 2023 data strategy to feed global and local product needs. . Agree with the UiM team on the ways of working, RACI . Understand prioritization of the datasets for the UiMs as per their data strategy in order to build Analytical Products (required to business choice making to fuel growth). . Understand the exceptional datasets that would continue to be in MDL and collaborate with Data Engineering & architecture team on potential technical & process solutions. . Define processes, operating model, ways of working across teams to achieve end-to-end migration of local MDL datasets into the strategic DaaP datalake. . Work closely with the UiMs for ingestion of any local datasets required for the global products. . Kick off a cross team squad to drive the ingestion of the data to UDL/BDL . Organize trainings to upskill UiM teams on the DaaP processes and tools/technology. . Manage and drive the migration/ingestion plan with the support of PMO. Work with the UiM, Data Analysts and Factory team to drive the migration/ingestion. . Collaborate with DaaP Factory, DaaP Functional SMEs, Data Engineering & Architecture teams in addition to the UiMs. . Establish governance with the market for visibility on the plans, risks. . Work with the market teams and be the SPOC to guide on DaaP standard ways of working and process. . Support in the cross-market updates and governance discussions. KEY REQUIREMENTS: . Experience in driving business value realisation from data and business intelligence preferred. . Ability to handle multiple engagements in parallel. . Strong track record of working with senior business management (Directors+) to drive definition, alignment, data operating foundations to address complex business questions. . Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously in a highly VUCA and ruthless market. . Proven capability in managing and developing teams. . Data Governance understanding preferred. . Azure experience preferred.
