We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a senior, lead-level UI Designer to bring strong creativity and functionality to strengthen our team. Responsibilities:
As a pivotal member of our creative team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll leverage your experience to craft world-class interface designs for responsive websites and enterprise/customer-facing apps. Your role extends beyond design, encompassing team leadership, UI process management, and effective client relationship building. Collaboration is key \xe2\x80\x93 You\xe2\x80\x99ll work with a development, and product manager team along with UX designers and contribute as an individual to project strategy, planning, and execution across B2B/B2C platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams to address clients\xe2\x80\x99 UI requirements and foster strong client relationships with excellent presentation skills.
- Engage in a client-facing role, showcasing the ability to sell and defend design solutions internally and to clients.
- Prepare UI documentation, including clickable prototypes and mood boards, to guide the UI process and communicate design approaches.
- Collaborate with the UX team to enhance internal processes and elevate client deliverables.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience in crafting aesthetically pleasing user interfaces and possess strong prototyping skills.
- Conceptualize micro-interactions to enhance user experiences and interfaces.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of UI/Visual design experience.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships effectively.
- Strong documentation skills, including clickable prototypes and mood boards.
- Hands-on experience in Figma and FigJam; experience with Miro and other project management tools is a must.
- Ability to conceptualize designs with micro-interactions for improved user experiences.
- Client-facing skills with the ability to sell and defend design solutions.
- Awareness of digital technology and design trends.
