About Us:

We aim to bridge the skills gap in the design industry with our academy, and we are seeking an experienced UI/UX Design Faculty member who is passionate about guiding students in creating user-centered designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach principles of user interface design, user experience design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

Provide practical training using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and In Vision.

Help students understand the importance of research, personas, and user flows in the design process.

Guide students in creating portfolio-ready UI/UX projects.

Stay up-to-date with trends in UI/UX design and share real-world insights with students.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects.

Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.

Teaching or mentoring experience (preferred but not mandatory).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
