Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design clean, intuitive, and responsive UI for websites, mobile apps, and enterprise-level business applications. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock ups using Figma. Translate complex business requirements into elegant visual solutions. Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation matches intent. Maintain design consistency across platforms and adhere to branding guidelines. Contribute to the improvement of design systems and UI libraries. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Support graphic design needs for marketing materials, presentations, and brand assets when needed.

Requirements:

3-4 years of proven experience in UI/UX and graphic design roles. Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work across web, mobile, and apps. Proficient in Figma and other design/prototyping tools. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Experience designing for both B2B and B2C products is a plus. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have:

Experience with front-end basics (HTML/CSS knowledge is a bonus). Motion graphics or animation skills. Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
