The role encompasses:
The full design lifecycle - user research, ideation, design execution and user testing. Running design sprints to identify exciting new features and services for the ISMG ecosystem Close collaboration with product and development teams to ensure design execution is in line with strategy, vision and timeframes Communication of design solutions and outcomes to support project managementYou\'ll fit right in if you are:

• Deep understanding of UX methodologies.
• Have created or provided significant contribution to an in-house design system
• 4+ years full time experience as UX/interaction designer
• Strong portfolio of work demonstrating design thinking, design process, and solutions for web and mobile applications Proficient in crafting UX artefacts (e.g. user journeys, wireframes, prototypes) using a variety of UX and design tools (Supernova, Figma,

• Sketch, Invision, Proto.io, Adobe) Proficient in undertaking user research, user interviews, concept and usability testing Proficient with web and mobile based technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
• Experience with dashboards, information visualisations, workflow solutions Excellent written and verbal communicator comfortable communicating with and managing stakeholders Demonstrated record of handling UX design process and visual design.
• Penchant to learn, willing to provide and accept feedbacks and constructive criticisms.
• Possess excellent communication and presentation skills; efficiently present concepts to non-technical crowds.
• Experience working in an agile development process.
• Degree and/or applied knowledge in one or more related areas such as Visual Design,
• Interaction Design, Product Design and Design Research.
• Visual design experience
• Mixture of agency and in-house background Product management know-how
