Strong visualisation and conceptualization skills
A good hands-on experience in designing, maintaining, and implementing design
systems with precision from start to finish including the execution of design in the
development phase.
Hands-on experience and proficiency with Figma, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/XD & Ai
tools
Excellent command over visual design aesthetics and principles.
An eye for detail and a passion for delivering quality with speed and productivity should
be able to grasp and distill highly complex requirements and translate them into
understandable and systematic solutions.
Strong ideation skills and competency in storytelling to demonstrate ideas to clients and
other stakeholders.
Should have a good understanding of responsive, fluid & adaptive design approaches.
Capable of functioning independently and collaboratively as per the need of a team
environment.
Should be a self-starter, proactive, self-motivated, and perform multiple tasks with
minimal supervision.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Visual Designer OR UX Designer, with substantial
experience in enterprise and mobile applications.
Degree in design/visual arts or equivalent portfolio and experience.
Knowledge of design, visual communication, and usability best practices is required.
Must have good communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
An excellent online portfolio exhibiting all of the above.
