Job Description

We have our soft furnishing store at Andheri West. Our mission is to expand our digital presence, we are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and elevate our website's user experience to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

- Develop and maintain design guidelines, patterns, and libraries for our website.

- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and data-driven insights.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and implement them effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

- Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Excellent communication skills to articulate and defend design decisions.

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (preferred but not required).

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
